- umowy o świadczenie usług, za które Konsument jest zobowiązany do zapłaty ceny, jeżeli Sprzedawca wykonał w pełni usługę za wyraźną i uprzednią zgodą Konsumenta, który został poinformowany przed rozpoczęciem świadczenia, że po spełnieniu świadczenia przez Sprzedawcę utraci prawo odstąpienia od umowy, i przyjął to do wiadomości;
- umowy, w której przedmiotem świadczenia jest Towar nieprefabrykowany, wyprodukowany według specyfikacji Konsumenta lub służący zaspokojeniu jego zindywidualizowanych potrzeb;

- umowy, w której przedmiotem świadczenia są produkty, które po dostarczeniu, ze względu na swój charakter, zostają nierozłącznie połączone z innymi rzeczami;

- The 14-day period runs from the day the Products are delivered or, in the case of a Services contract, from the day it is concluded.
- Upon receiving the Consumer’s withdrawal statement, the Seller will send an acknowledgement of receipt to their e-mail address.
- The Consumer’s right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- service contracts for which the Consumer is required to pay the price, if the Seller has fully performed the service with the Consumer’s express prior consent, the Consumer having been informed before the start of performance that they would lose the right of withdrawal once the service had been performed, and having acknowledged this;
- contracts for Products that are not prefabricated, made to the Consumer’s specifications or intended to meet their individual needs;
- contracts for Products that deteriorate rapidly or have a short shelf life;
- contracts for Products delivered in sealed packaging which cannot be returned after opening for health protection or hygiene reasons, if the packaging has been opened after delivery;
- contracts for alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed when the sales contract was concluded, which can only be delivered after 30 days and whose value depends on market fluctuations beyond the entrepreneur’s control;
- contracts for products which, after delivery, by their nature are inseparably combined with other items;
- the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, for which the Consumer is required to pay the price, if the entrepreneur has begun performance with the Consumer’s express prior consent, the Consumer having been informed before the start of performance that they would lose the right of withdrawal once it had been performed, and having acknowledged this, and the entrepreneur has provided the Consumer with confirmation of the conclusion of the off-premises or distance contract.
- In the event of withdrawal from a distance or off-premises contract, the contract is deemed not to have been concluded. What the parties have provided is returned unchanged, unless a change was necessary within the limits of ordinary handling, in particular to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item. The return must take place without delay and in any case within 14 days. The purchased Product must be returned to: Regina Bona Stefano Storto, ul. Nowy Świat 33/13, 00-029 Warsaw, Poland.
- The Seller will refund to the Consumer, without delay and in any case within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal statement, all payments made, including the cost of delivering the Product. The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the Consumer, unless the Consumer has expressly agreed to a different method that involves no cost for them. If the Seller has not offered to collect the Product from the Consumer, it may withhold the refund until it receives the returned Product or until the Consumer has provided proof of having sent it back, whichever occurs first.
- If the Consumer has chosen a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by the Seller, the Seller is not required to refund the additional costs incurred by the Consumer.
- The Customer bears only the direct cost of returning the Product, unless the Seller has agreed to bear it.
IX. Final provisions
- The Seller collects and processes Customers’ personal data in accordance with applicable law and the Privacy Policy.
- Disputes between the Seller and a Customer who is a Consumer will be settled by the competent courts in accordance with the provisions of the Polish Code of Civil Procedure.
- Disputes between the Seller and a Customer who is not a Consumer will be settled by the court having jurisdiction over the Seller’s registered office.
- If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is amended or declared invalid by a decision of the competent authority or court, the remaining provisions remain in force and are binding on the Seller and the Customer.
- In matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the Civil Code, the Act on the Provision of Electronic Services, the Consumer Rights Act and other applicable Polish laws apply.
- The content of the Terms and Conditions may be amended. All contracts concluded before the new Terms and Conditions come into force are governed by the Terms and Conditions in force on the date the contract was concluded. Customers will be informed of any amendment through a notice on the Shop’s home page, with a summary of the changes and the date they come into force. Customers with an Account will also be informed by e-mail. Changes will come into force no earlier than 14 days after their publication. A Customer with an Account who does not accept the new Terms and Conditions must notify the Seller within 14 days of being informed of the changes. Non-acceptance results in termination of the contract.
